A) Digital Products (Game Keys, Activation Codes, Credit Codes)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract (i.e. the game key or activation code has been made available to you) and you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

This consent is given by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the order process. Once the key has been made available, there is therefore no longer any right of withdrawal.

B) Physical Products (Game Packaging, Hardware, Accessories)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see address above) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion for Opened Products with Activation Code

For physical products that contain an activation code (game key), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal of the packaging has been broken or the enclosed code has been revealed or activated. This applies pursuant to Section 312g(2) No. 6 BGB to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, as well as to audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package.

Consequences of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

C) Pre-Orders

For pre-orders, the withdrawal period begins at the time of conclusion of the contract (order). You can therefore withdraw from a pre-order at any time within 14 days of ordering, provided that no delivery/provision has yet taken place.

Once a digital product (game key) has been made available, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section A of this notice.

For physical pre-orders, the right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods in accordance with Section B, provided the packaging is unopened.
